Q: What materials or information do I need to provide for a custom project?
A: For general terrain models, we just need the location name or a map screenshot. If you’re looking for architectural or industrial models, please provide CAD drawings (floor plans and elevations) or SketchUp (SU) models.
Q: I only have a rough concept. Can you still build a model for me?
A: Absolutely! We have a professional in-house design team that can bring your vision to life through 3D renderings or dynamic animations. These visuals ensure the final physical model perfectly matches your expectations. We also offer comprehensive, product-level design services if needed.
Q: Do you make non-realistic or stylized models?
A: While we specialize in high-precision, true-to-scale replicas, we can certainly create stylized, conceptual, or cartoonish models with exaggerated features. We can iron out all these stylistic details during our initial consultation.
Q: What is the maximum size model you can build?
A: There is no strict limit on size! We always aim for the largest dimensions possible while ensuring the model remains transportable and can fit through standard doors/gateways. For oversized projects, we utilize a seamless modular assembly technique. On the flip side, we also offer high-precision, miniature 3D printing.
Q: What materials do you use? A: We select the best materials and manufacturing processes for each specific project to balance visual impact, size, transportability, and budget. Our models typically incorporate various types of high-density foam, polyurethane, wood, acrylic, PVC, ABS, stainless steel, resin, and acrylic paints.
Q: How long does the production process take? A: Once the contract is signed and the final design renderings are approved, our standard turnaround time is 10 to 20 days. Oversized or highly complex models may require additional time. If you are on a tight deadline, we can expedite the project for delivery within one week, subject to prior evaluation and alignment.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for multiple orders?
A: Yes, we do. Generally speaking, for identical models, the unit price decreases as the quantity increases. We also offer attractive discounts for multi-item orders of different types.
Q: Do you accept orders from out-of-town or international clients?
A: Yes, the majority of our clients are located outside our local region. We have extensive experience handling long-distance logistics, including projects shipped as far as Africa.
Q: What does your packaging look like?
A: Before shipping, every model is securely wrapped in thick protective foam and housed inside a heavy-duty, custom-built wooden crate to ensure safe transit.
Q: Do you provide official contracts and invoicing?
A: Yes, we do. We can execute formal contracts, accept corporate bank transfers (wire transfers), and issue official special VAT invoices (or commercial invoices for international clients).
